TLDR;
Smooth, creamy sweet and pepper.
Nice scale: 82/100
Strathisla, the oldest working distillery in Scotland and the heart of Chivas. The first time I tried was during Whisky Live; the gentleman over at the counter passionately introduced it as the legendary distillery. Aw, man.
And I thought it would be good to refresh this legendary distillery by trying the G&M Strathisla 2009 Distillery Label.
Distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2022 at an ABV of 46%.

Nose: Brown sugar, vanilla, damp wood, apple and spice. Light honey in between as well.
Mouth: Smooth, creamy and sweet. And slowly, the peppery expression starts to show. You do feel the thickness of it.
Finish: Some oiliness still remains with herbs.
A simple drink to enjoy.
Nice scale: 82/100

Left it for a few days, came back with more milky ending.
