TLDR;
Herb peat, oily, zesty and salty
Nice scale: 82/100

Ardmore 2009 13YO 50%
Nose: Reminds me of some of the MOM Inchfad 2007 15YO's characters, the watery peatiness. Smoke and olives, sea breeze coming through your nose. Light sweetness and just a veggie vibe- greens, just some greens.
Mouth: Orange, herb and dry soil peat, zesty and some oak spice. Nothing much to explore, peat, orange & oak.
Finish: Oily and zesty. After a few sips, it gets salty, like salted vegetables mixed with seawater.
Just one of those releases you will forget with time, nothing memorable nor nothing is overall distributing. Just like the label, it's on the dull side. And this label is the mono tune of Ardlair 2010 11 YO PST. Funny....
Nice Scale: 82/100
Price is good for a single cask. I like the nose, suitable for daily dram if the saltiness is not so strong (and getting stronger over time).
Say no more if you need some sodium.
