Mannochmore 2010 12 YO 50%
Nose: Pear, flour, mash and beer were felt at the first attempt. Some fresh lemon and orange peels can be felt soon.
Mouth: Sweet and soft entrance, honey feeling. And, I doubt there are much more other expressions in the mouth. Soon turned towards the drier side, and a peppery expression appeared.
Finish: Dry and peppery.
Another exploration into the cask finishing, the stout cask might make this piece a bit too dry- or maybe that's the intention. And, not much flavour was felt in the mouth as well, just rather soft and sweet, then the dry and peppery expression kicks in.
Nice scale: 82/100
